Holdens & Co. has been an integral part of village life in Edgworth since its opening in 1929, 91 years ago. Famous for its dairy ice cream, made to the same secret family recipe on the premises, as it was when it started. Now, in addition to the ice cream, you can find a retail outlet, coffee shop and ice cream parlour serving breakfast, lunch & afternoon tea 7 days a week, as well as hosting evening events.

The Ice Cream:
The crowning glory of Holdens & Co. is the multi award-winning ice cream. It is still handmade on site to the original recipe and has now also evolved into a range of delicious flavours as well as the dairy classic.

We enjoyed doing things “with a twist” so our mince pies, will be traditional but with a twist and will come with an assortment of ice cream to help them down!
